非常に役立つ体感気温予報（ヤンデクス）

　ロシアやウクライナでシェアを占めるポータルサイトのヤンデクスЯндекс。しばしばお世話になるのですが、最近、ヤンデクスの天気予報の中に「体感気温Ощущается как」の数値が出ていることを知りました。夏にはなかったので、まさに冬季用の数字なのでしょう。
　通常の天気予報でも最高気温は分かります。また現在の気温も一応分かります。しかし、風が吹いていれば実際の体感気温は変わります。その辺りを、あくまで予想とはいえ、出していてくれるのは本当にありがたい。

　現在のモスクワМоскваだと夕方なので−7〜−6度ですが、体感的には−11度。この差は大きいですね。−10度以下になると、顔がぴりぴりし出しますから。



　因みに出張場所のハルキウХарківは、と思って調べてみると、体感で0度。うらやましい。しかも、日の出がモスクワより1時間20分も早い。



　キエフКиївは体感でもプラスか。いいなあ。


　キシナウChisinauまで行くと、もっと温か。薄手のジャンパーで十分では？
　冬にはこっちに回されるといいのですが・・・。

Yandex is a portal site that has a large share of the market in Russia and Ukraine. I often use it, and recently I noticed that the Yandex weather forecast includes a figure for “felt temperature (Ощущается как)”. This figure is not included in the summer forecast, so it is probably only for winter.

The maximum temperature is also shown in the normal weather forecast. You can also find out the current temperature. However, if there is a wind blowing, the actual temperature you feel will change. It's really helpful that they give you an idea of this, even if it's just an estimate.

In Moscow, it's -7 to -6 degrees in the evening, but it feels like -11 degrees. This difference is huge. When it gets below -10 degrees, my face starts to tingle.

Incidentally, when I looked up the place I was going to be on business, Kharkiv, I found that it was 0 degrees centigrade. I'm envious. What's more, the sun rises there 1 hour and 20 minutes earlier than in Moscow.

Is it warmer in Kiev Київ even in person? That's nice.

It's even warmer in Chisinau. Wouldn't a light jumper be enough?

I hope they send me here in winter...
