アストラハン他数カ所からの日本入国も隔離対象に！

 外務省から通知が届きました。

●8月5日（木）以降、日本入国日から起算して、過去14日以内にアストラハン州、ウドムルト共和国、クラスノヤルスク地方、チェリャビンスク州及びトィヴァ共和国に滞在歴のある方も、入国後3日間は検疫所の確保する施設等で待機することが必要となります。

　相変わらずロシアのコロナは収拾がつかないようですね。まあ日本に戻ってからも、雰囲気的には似た状況ですけどねえ。

　ニュースをあさっていたら、メトロのスマホ決済（トロイカ）システムのテストが行われているとのこと。まだ500人程度で運用しているとのことですが、これでもう、家にトロイカを忘れてきても大丈夫！

 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has notified us that

Those who have stayed in Astrakhan Oblast, Udmurt Republic, Krasnoyarsk Region, Chelyabinsk Oblast, and Republic of Tuiva within the past 14 days from the date of entry into Japan after August 5 (Thursday) are also required to stay in facilities secured by the quarantine station for 3 days after entry into Japan.

As usual, the Russian coronas seem to be out of control. Well, the situation back in Japan is similar in terms of atmosphere.

While scouring the news, I found that the Metro's smartphone payment (Troika) system is being tested. They are still operating with about 500 people, but now it is no longer necessary to forget your Troika at home!
