本日より、ロシアからの日本入国ルールが若干変更

　大使館から連絡がありました。要は、モスクワ市内、或いはハバロフスクから日本に入国する場合、三日間の隔離措置が課されること、他の地域からの入国時には隔離なしになるとのこと。

　しかし、モスクワ近郊からモスクワ市内経由で空港に向かうのもアウトのようなので、タクシーか何かで直行しないとダメですね...

９月２０日（月）以降、日本入国日から起算して、過去１４日以内にモスクワ市（継続）及びハバロフスク地方（新規）に滞在歴のある方のみが、入国後３日間は検疫所の確保する施設等で待機することが必要となります。

●これまで「入国後の３日間の停留措置」対象地域となっていたモスクワ州、サンクトペテルブルク市、アストラハン州、アムール州、イヴァノヴァ州、ヴォルゴグラード州、ウドムルト共和国、ウラジーミル州、オリョール州、カバルダ・バルカル共和国、カレリア共和国、北オセチア共和国、クラスノヤルスク地方、サハ共和国、サラトフ州、チェリャビンスク州、トィヴァ共和国、ニジェゴロド州は、９月２０日（月）以降、対象地域から除外されます。

After September 20 (Mon.), only those who have stayed in Moscow City (continued) and Khabarovsk Region (new) within the past 14 days, counting from the date of entry into Japan, will be required to stay in facilities secured by the quarantine station for 3 days after entry into Japan.

●Moscow Oblast, St. Petersburg City, Astrakhan Oblast, Amur Oblast, Ivanova Oblast, Volgograd Oblast, Udmurt Republic, Vladimir Oblast, Oryol Oblast, Kabarda Balkar Republic, Karelia Republic, which were previously subject to “3-day suspension measures after entry into Japan”, The Republic of North Ossetia, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Sakha, Saratov Oblast, Chelyabinsk Oblast, Republic of Tyva, and Nizhegorod Oblast will be excluded from the scope of the program after Monday, September 20.
